Access to and use of our website, as well as our products and services, are subject to the following conditions. 
By using this website, the customer agrees to the terms of use, which may be occasionally updated. We advise you to regularly visit this page to stay informed of any updates to these terms and conditions.

Access to this website is granted temporarily, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend services without prior notice. 
We are not responsible if, for any reason, this website is unavailable for a certain period of time, and we may occasionally restrict access to certain areas of the site. 
FOTOCLUB is not responsible for any damages or losses that may arise from using any information contained on this website. 
Some hyperlinks on this website redirect the customer to external websites, partners of FOTOCLUB. By clicking on these hyperlinks, you will be leaving the FOTOCLUB site. As we have no control over these websites, we are not responsible for the material on them. 
To place an order, the customer must be over 18 years of age and agrees to provide true data that allows the successful processing of their order.
For all purposes, FOTOCLUB considers a legal entity to be identified and individualized by the connection between its corporate name, registered office, and taxpayer identification number.

Payment Methods

When placing an order with FOTOCLUB, you acknowledge that the company reserves the right to charge for the services it provides and to change the rates it offers as it wishes, announcing them on its website or applications. By using the services, you will be responsible for paying any applicable fees. 
Payment for orders is made exclusively online via Credit Card (Mastercard and Visa), Multibanco, MBWay, Apple pay, or Google Pay.
You agree to cover all expenses related to your orders and purchases (including any imposed fees which may include sales tax, usage, or VAT) at the rates in effect at the time of payment. 
FOTOCLUB may automatically charge shipping fees for destinations within jurisdictions where they are mandatory. 
Orders for products to be delivered outside Portugal may be subject to taxes and fees that are charged when the products arrive at their destination. As customs fees vary from country to country, you should contact the customs services of the destination country for more information. Also, note that you are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of your country.

Shipping

FOTOCLUB products, once ordered and payment validated, will be shipped after the production period, measured in business days, which can vary depending on the selected product and delivery address. 
On the website, you can check the production time for each product in its respective description. 
FOTOCLUB ships to Portugal and Spain. Any duties, taxes, and fees that apply will be paid by the recipient at the time of delivery. 
Deliveries are typically made within 1 to 8 days after shipment. 
For addresses in more remote locations, please allow additional time for delivery. 
The shipping cost can be found during the checkout process, when you receive the invoice, or by contacting us in advance through usual means.

Returns and Refunds

 FOTOCLUB guarantees satisfaction with the manufacture of your order. Within the production chain, there are several quality control stages. However, due to the handcrafted nature of the products, there may be slight variations in the color of materials and product manufacturing, which are considered the individual personality of each product. 
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us via email at hello@fotoclub.pt on the next business day after receiving it, along with a photo of the detected defect. Your satisfaction is our priority. Our team will work to find a solution that meets your needs. 
Once the order has been placed, due to the high degree of product customization, FOTOCLUB cannot cancel the order and/or refund the amount spent, except in the cases expressly described in this Returns and Refunds policy (i.e., if your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect), and we cannot accept returns. 
Please note that each product ordered from our company is individually produced by different equipment and collaborators. There may be slight differences between different prints and bindings of the same product. We work hard to keep your product as consistent as possible, but variation in finishes is normal and is not considered a manufacturing defect and does not justify a new production. 
FOTOCLUB’s responsibility is limited to replacing the damaged product; there will be no compensation or indemnification for any collateral damages. Your product is entirely yours: FOTOCLUB does not send proofs, edit, or alter content. As a result, FOTOCLUB has limitations regarding the warranty of your product, including the obligation to correct:
  1. Typographical, grammatical, incomplete texts, or other errors in the text; 
  2. Low resolution images that may affect the quality of the print; 
  3. Design specifications, including product size, organization, style, color, and layout; 
  4. Any other creative choices you made related to your product.
This means that it is your responsibility to review the product layout before submitting it. We recommend previewing it before finalizing your order and asking a friend to review it as well. 
By submitting content, you agree not to send content that has not been fully reviewed and is not ready for printing. 
The content of your product is entirely your responsibility, and you must ensure that it does not violate privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, or any other rights of individuals or entities. Content includes text, files, design templates, images, photos, copyrighted works, and other materials. 
It is expressly prohibited to include "Published by FOTOCLUB" or any other reference that directly or indirectly suggests or implies that FOTOCLUB is the publisher of the products created using the company's services, without prior authorization. 
Your order is for a single print after your purchase, and we do not store products. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or refunds for any reason other than those described above.
